The core strategy was to convert customer into client and enhance satisfaction in business process. To achieve it, our client considered many measures e.g. keeping dedicated customer service staff, 24/7 Presence all across the marketplaces (online & offline) along with tailored pricing strategy for premium clients as well routine business.
With a vision to be client centric and transparent in business process, Client Utilized SAP B1 as backend to manage his product line e.g. category, attribute, and final product, costing, customer wise pricing based on volume and rebates.
Ensure the product quality our client only relied on approved vendors and suppliers who have proven track record of product supplying 100% as per the criteria of European Medical Guidelines, but as we grow it becomes a challenge with increasing clientele to keep the manual process accurate and transparent and same happed with our client which pushed them towards a search of technology partner who can automate the whole business process with zero complexity for its vendors and clients.

We took Business Process reengineering methodology in consideration, and we went ahead with 360 degree review of the full existing system and environment with an objective to identify all gaps in existing system as well an approach to forecast what kind of challenges client may face in upcoming next 10 years.
During our study our experts suggested to integrate nopCommerce with SAP Business B1 for running eCommerce website for seamless data automation. Along with this our consultants also suggested to invest minimum time on training customize the nopCommerce synchronize the system without making major changes in to SAP B1 Module.
Prior to our solution, client was using three different websites to manage different verticals of his business but we centralized all of them and brought all the required data under SAP B1. And were able to reduce 92% in the time consumed for different data management
